Role includes standing, movement, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, and may include indoor/outdoor events both inside and outside of the studio. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee may be required to work with yoga props, cleaning supplies, and studio equipment and may experience physical exertion due to the nature of the instruction environment. Shifts may involve sustained physical activity, multiple classes per day, and limited recovery time between classes. This role may also include participation in off-site or outdoor marketing and community events, which may last several hours and may take place in varying indoor or outdoor environments and weather conditions.
