Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. This full-time, remote position offers the unique opportunity to provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth while contributing to a compassionate hospice setting in Lakewood, New Jersey. As part of a dynamic hospice center, you will engage with clients facing unique life challenges, working from the comfort of your home while leveraging state-of-the-art telehealth tools. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal needs while ensuring that client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, delivering both telehealth and, when necessary, in-person behavioral health services. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting telehealth sessions with adult clients coping with various life challenges, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Coordinating client appointments and managing a well-organized schedule to ensure timely services.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and progress in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system, keeping clear and accurate records.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) during sessions.

• Collaborating with other health professionals within our network to create a multidisciplinary approach to each client’s treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve working predominantly with individuals in a hospice setting, many of whom are dealing with life-limiting conditions, grief, and loss. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional journeys, offering strategies to cope with anxiety, depression, and existential concerns, while supporting their families as well.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and current license as an LCSW or equivalent credential.
\n
• Demonstrable clinical skills with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Familiarity with DSM V diagnostic criteria and crisis intervention strategies.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to clients and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Organizational skills to maintain an efficient client schedule and complete progress notes post-session.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on telehealth services.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic models.
\n
• Familiarity with Google G-suite and TheraNest systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
