Entry Level Accountant with some prior AR/Billing experience

Job Description Job Description Seeking a recent college graduate who has prior work/intern experience working in Accounts Receivable/Billing area. Will handle service invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections located fully on site in Livingston, NJ area. Responsibilities include preparing accurate invoices, verifying supporting documentation and pricing, following up on outstanding payments, monitoring aging reports, and resolving billing disputes.
Will work closely with Service Operations, Sales, Field Operations, and Accounting to ensure timely billing and collections.
