POSITION - Shipping Associate

JOB LOCATION - Saukville, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift

STARTING PAY - $21-23 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Prior forklift experience required

As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping products while ensuring all orders are processed correctly and efficiently. This role requires strong organization skills, basic computer ability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials and shipments
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Use basic computer systems for order processing and shipping documentation
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
• Switch between tasks quickly based on daily operational needs
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail on all outgoing shipments

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and priorities
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to Saukville
