Our law firm is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners. We help homeowners before, during, and after their custom home builds and major home renovation projects. This is a niche within the construction law niche that we are currently set to dominate through value-added services.

The firm is on track for aggressive growth, and we need a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to work with our Firm's CFO or Owner to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a multi-6-figure annual marketing budget, with expertise in technical SEO, vendor management, and digital campaigns within the legal industry. This role requires someone who understands the nuances of legal marketing, client acquisition, and community engagement to drive growth and build the firm's reputation.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $68,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase leads, enhance brand presence, and grow client retention.

• Allocate and manage a $150,000 to $250,000 marketing budget across channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and local advertising.

• Conduct market research to understand client demographics and competitive positioning, focusing on individual homeowners and HOAs.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Oversee technical SEO initiatives to improve website performance, search rankings, and conversion rates.

• Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance with SEO best practices, focusing on high-value keywords for personal injury and criminal defense searches.

• Collaborate with web developers to enhance site architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms, targeting audiences of homeowners with construction problems.

• Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns to educate prospective clients and improve conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Vendor Management

• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with external vendors, including SEO specialists, PPC consultants, and content creators.

• Ensure timely delivery of services and evaluate vendor performance based on key metrics.

• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor budgets to maximize ROI.

• Community Engagement & Reputation Management

• Build and manage the firm's online reputation through client testimonials, reviews, and community outreach programs.

• Coordinate sponsorships, community events, and partnerships that align with the firm’s brand and values.

• Oversee social media strategy to increase engagement and connect with local audiences.

• Develop referral marketing systems and channels for the Firm.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and ROI across all marketing channels.

• Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting campaign performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

• Use analytics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal industry.

• Proven success managing a $250,000 marketing budget with a focus on lead generation.

• Expertise in technical SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.

• Strong experience in vendor management, including selecting and evaluating external partners.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with construction law firm marketing, including local SEO and client acquisition strategies.

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) tools tailored to law firms (e.g., Clio).

Key Skills:

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
