Admin Assistant - CPA FIRM EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with prior experience in a CPA or public accounting firm to support our busy financial team. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, handle client communications, and ensure smooth tax season administrative workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique rhythm and confidentiality required in tax and accounting settings. salary: $20 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Assembly: Collate, organize, and assemble client tax returns, financial reports, and confidential documentation.

• Communication & Scheduling: Greet clients, manage high-volume phone calls, and schedule partner meetings and client appointments.

• E-Filing & Tracking: Coordinate e-file authorizations, track signatures, and log client document submissions in firm tracking software.

• General Office Support: Maintain client portal accounts, manage incoming mail/packages, and order office supplies to keep operations running seamlessly.
