Part Time Bookkeeper

A part time bookkeeper is needed for an electrical company in Boro Park. Must have prior bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QuickBooks, and the ability to manage payroll and follow up on payments. Ideal for someone organized and detail oriented looking for a steady part time role.

The bookkeeper will handle day to day financial tasks for a small office, including payroll processing, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has hands on experience with QuickBooks and can manage responsibilities efficiently within a part time schedule. Strong follow up skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with basic reporting and tracking expenses
• Ensure organized and up to date financial data

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
