Apply payments and reconcile accounts.

Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding unpaid invoices.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).

Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred).

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.

Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
