Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality for mission-critical builds. Direct planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely, efficient delivery. Recruit, train, and develop construction staff in partnership with HR and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and risk management protocols. Develop budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. Foster innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams. Bachelors degree required. 8+ years of construction management experience. Background in owners representation and/or design-build required. General contracting and data center experience required. Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently.
