As a Registered Nurse Homecare in Essex County at VNA Health Group, you’ll be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients who need it most. What You’ll Do: Get the Best Training: Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn everything you need to succeed – from key procedures to our EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care. Be the Expert: Assess patients with complex health needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the best outcomes. Make a Connection: Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey – helping them understand their conditions and the path to better health. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers to ensure seamless care and optimal results for every patient. Document with Purpose: Record and track changes in patient conditions, updating care plans to reflect their progress and needs. Qualifications What We’re Looking for in You: Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare!). Strong verbal and written communication skills – you’ll be guiding and educating patients and families. Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and using digital tools to enhance patient care. A reliable car and valid driver’s license – you’ll be traveling to patient homes, so your own transportation is key. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment. Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients.
