Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs, establishing accurate diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans that include clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring each client receives dedicated attention and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in collaborative care with case managers, family members, school staff, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive services that address all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to set and achieve personal goals while monitoring progress through regular treatment plan reviews.

• Prepare detailed documentation for each session, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in accordance with company policy and best practices.

• Participate in clinical team meetings, training sessions, and supervisions to foster professional development and team cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license is mandatory for this position.

• Experience in clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and navigate sensitive discussions with empathy and respect.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (EHR), with a preference for candidates familiar with Valant.

• Must be able to pass a background check to ensure the safety of all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus, hourly pay structure, and additional commission on client sessions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
