Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your key tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating joint sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal concerns.
\n
• Addressing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to: \n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
  \n
  • Victims of physical or psychological abuse.
  \n
  • Grief and loss counseling.
  \n
  • Family dynamics, including sibling conflict resolution.
  \n
  • Interventions for blended families navigating remarriage.
  \n
  • Support and guidance during separations and divorce adjustments.
  \n
  • Improving communication skills among family members.
  \n
  • Assistance with job-related stress and its impact on family life.
  \n
  • Medical-related psychosocial challenges.
  \n

• Documenting treatment progress and clinical notes in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications\n
