The SLP will provide direct services to students, consult with general education teachers, evaluate students who may be entering special education, serve on the IEP team, and complete required special education paperwork such as progress reports. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language services to students across four United campuses. Consult with general education teachers regarding student needs. Conduct evaluations, write IEP goals, and monitor progress. Serve on IEP teams and complete necessary paperwork. Utilize data-driven instructional practices and Teach Like a Champion 3.0 techniques. Collaborate with team members and provide frequent feedback. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. Valid Professional Pupil Services License and Speech‑Language Pathologist license in Ohio. Minimum of two years of SLP experience in an urban school (preferred). Experience with a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delays, and social communication challenges. Proficiency in conducting ETR evaluations, writing IEP goals, and progress monitoring. Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders. Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication skills with students, families, and colleagues. Comfortable with Google products for communication and documentation. Terms of Employment Full-time position Typical report times: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with occasional after-hours responsibilities. Starting salary: $51,000 – $70,852 per year (dependent on experience and education). Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
