Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Eagle Rock Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Many clients seek our telehealth services for convenience and anonymity, which requires our counselors to possess sensitivity and adaptability in addressing varying needs. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in therapy and counseling, with a focus on providing services via virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
