Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the ED, including triage, treatment, and discharge planning for patients across the age spectrum from newborns to geriatrics
- Assess patient condition on arrival and continuously monitor and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols; document assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with CNAs and the ED team to implement care plans, coordinate with ancillary staff, and ensure safe patient flow
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; provide patient and family education for discharge instructions and follow-up
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean care environment while adhering to infection control and safety standards

Requirements
- Active RN license appropriate for practice in California
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3 per week) in a fast-paced ED setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to participate in a 14-week travel assignment
