Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager – Brooklyn, NY The Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee and ensure efficiency across all warehouse operations from order fulfillment to product receiving and customer service. This role requires developing a deep knowledge of all Yoseka warehouse processes, involving initial shadowing and collaboration with the current Operations Manager. The manager will work daily with multiple team leads to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and remove blockers across all warehouse processes in order to achieve our mission. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with fulfillment, product, and customer service teams to maintain benchmarks and reduce errors Conduct daily check‑in meetings with each team/team lead to stay appraised of all company‑wide activities Approve warehouse staff schedule Coordinate with product team on receiving shipments, overstock management, and aging inventory Optimize warehouse layout for greater efficiency Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance Ideate and implement process changes to increase benchmarks Communicate across teams Work with Product team to ensure accurate data and smooth intake of new SKUs Coordinate with Customer Service team to resolve fulfillment‑related issues Required Qualifications & Skills Excellent problem‑solving, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Warehouse experience in e‑commerce fulfillment environment Team outings 10 PTO days per calendar year plus company‑wide break between Christmas and New Years Career growth and pay increases Performance‑based bonus Work on a team of passionate, positive and genuinely kind people #J-18808-Ljbffr Yoseka Stationery
