Also, the said person will have experience in coordinating with customers (C & D-Suite), sales executives, client executives, and the geographically diverse service teams to deliver requested outcomes. Be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. Assist both internal and external clients and serve as their day-to-day contact. Lead status meetings on a regular basis. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, change requests and may assist in identifying new business opportunities.Awareness of the ITIL Service management frameworkExceptional written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectivelyManage customer requests & deliverablesManage multiple projects based on the team/contract structure (which may span one or more methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, others)Develop and communicate clear, measurable metrics against expected outcomesSupport executives with presentation creative, focusing on the message and its impactMaintain existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer serviceSuperior organization skills - ability to suggest processes and follow upFacilitate internal communication efforts between sales, marketing, performance assurance, and marketingServe as liaison between the client and various NTT departmentsAbility to manage multiple threads and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to manage upMust be open to travel (have and maintain a passport with 6 months validity) - Travel is on 'as-needed' basis onlySCRUM/SAFe certificationMust have experience in managing offshore delivery teamsBasic Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of Project Management ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of Healthcare ExperienceMinimum of 1 year understanding of Healthcare Payer ExperienceBachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
