Payroll Billing And Accounts Receivable ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Billing/Account Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, billing, and accounts receivable while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This position requires proficiency in the overall billing and payroll processes. ADP experience preferred but not required.DutiesPrepare and process of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, including employee hours, deductions, and adjustments.Utilize accounting software such as ABS and ADP to manage payroll data efficiently.Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies or issues and resolve them promptly.Ensure that payroll is processed by required deadline.Process billing which will require faxing, emailing and sending out bills payroll items through US postal service.Assist with accounts receivable and collection of outstanding receivablesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.ExperiencePrevious experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.Strong computer skillsStrong organizationAbility to multi-taskAbility to maintain AR and understand collection processStrong with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.What We Offer:Competitive PayWeekly Pay with Direct DepositPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holiday's401K with Employer ContributionHealth Insurance ProgramDentalVisionLife InsuranceIf you are passionate about payroll processes and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
