In this highly visible role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership positions, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner with leaders across the business to support smart, timely hiring decisions.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership rolesBuild strong candidate pipelines that support today's openings and tomorrow's growthPartner with leaders to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and support confident hiring decisionsCreate a professional, responsive candidate experience from first contact through offer supportLead campus, intern, and early-talent recruiting efforts that introduce future builders to Ben HurDevelop relationships with colleges, universities, trade programs, and recruiting partnersUse recruiting activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill data to improve hiring resultsRepresent Ben Hur in the market with professionalism, energy, and pride in the work we doWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or other related field.A proactive recruiter who enjoys sourcing, engaging candidates, and building long-term relationshipsStrong communication, organization, follow-through, and judgmentAbility to manage multiple openings, priorities, and deadlines with discretion and confidentialityExperience in construction, skilled trades, or another field-based environment is a plus
