\n- \n
- Proven track record in sales. \n
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and a team player with a high-achievement mindset. \n
- Ability to follow the sales process with discipline and perseverance to close deals. \n
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and be coached to success. \n
- Ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all interactions. \n
- New home sales experience preferred but not required. \n
- Real Estate licensure required prior to start. \n
- Ability to work weekends with days off during the week. \n
