Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health and substance abuse needs, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy services, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s preferences and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case reviews and team meetings, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation strategies and support to clients in distress.

• Stay informed on current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment to enhance service delivery continually.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
