PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center in Florence, Oregon is seeking an experienced General Surgeon to join our team on a Per Diem basis, providing surgical and call coverage as needed. 

This is a great opportunity for a surgeon looking for a flexible schedule while supporting a close-knit community along the Oregon Coast. Peace Harbor is a Level IV Trauma Center, providing essential surgical care to patients throughout Florence and the surrounding rural communities.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Experience General Surgeon

• Flexible scheduling

• Light call scheduling

• Endoscopy - Diagnosis and treatment of GI bleeding

• Stryker and Olympus equipment

• Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend serves as the primary transferring hospital

• Supportive community-based practice environment

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & BALANCE

• Hourly Rate - $307.73/hour plus call $1,200

• Travel and Lodging reimbursement 

• $250 per day stipend
