We are a health-focused chiropractic office in Port St. Lucie dedicated to helping our patients achieve their wellness goals. We are looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you thrive in a small, fast-paced, and friendly office environment and love helping people, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all patients.
- Manage incoming phone calls and accurately schedule patient appointments.
- Perform insurance verifications to confirm patient coverage and benefits.
- Process patient check-ins, check-outs, and accurately collect payments.
- Perform general office and administrative duties to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A warm, friendly, and highly personable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a medical office, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
