In this role, you will be responsible for handling confidential information and performing both routine and advanced billing functions with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Create automated and/or manual invoices for record requests
• Ensure final bills are submitted to clients and properly posted in the accounting system
• Process and distribute a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Research and communicate issues related to client requests or billing discrepancies
• Reconcile invoices submitted through client billing portals and resubmit rejected or inaccurate invoices

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of billing experience working directly with clients (medical billing preferred)
• Experience setting rates and creating rate tables
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage and protect confidential and sensitive account information
