Help Desk Specialist

Location: Draper, UT (Onsite 5 Days/Week) Duration: 12-Month Contract About the Role Insight Global is seeking two Help Desk Support Specialists to join one of the world's leading financial services firms in Draper, Utah. This opportunity sits within the Enterprise Technology Operations group on the Client Response Services team, which provides mission-critical technical support to employees across the organization. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for internal employees seeking technical assistance Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues Support Windows-based environments and Microsoft Office applications Document and manage incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed Maintain a high standard of customer service while handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve complex technical issues Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience troubleshooting Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues Hands-on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume, high-pressure situations Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise-level environments Background providing phone-based technical support Financial services or highly regulated industry experience Knowledge of Active Directory, account administration, or remote support tools Compensation $20/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
