Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontract procurement and administration.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Develop and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.Manage procurement delegation, sign supplier agreements, and issue purchase orders within authority.Administer awarded subcontracts, oversee change activity, and ensure compliance with schedule and technical requirements.Lead cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for commercial, DOD, and international programs.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is collaborative, decisive, and experienced in high‑risk subcontract environments. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic QualificationsMust have an active secret clearancePrior experience with procurement, supply chain, and/or subcontracts on US Government programsAbility to interface effectively with Sr. Management and suppliers to achieve desired program objectivesExperience with Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and T&M subcontract typesDesired SkillsDemonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business-based decisionsExperience managing development complex subcontractsDemonstrated experience leading cross-function Supplier Management TeamsKnowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work InstructionsExperience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense industryExperience with LM Procure to Pay, SC Navigator, and 1LMX S4 HANA.- Control Account Management (CAM) experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
