Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and crisis plans, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to client needs.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards, including timely submission of all required paperwork.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
\n
• Collaborate closely with teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison to service systems and community partners, ensuring clients access necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served at Grow Healthcare Services include individuals facing various mental health challenges, those in need of substance use recovery support, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. As an LMHC, you will work collaboratively to provide customized support and interventions that facilitate growth, independence, and community reintegration for these diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling (or equivalent) is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board of New York is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
