Accountant/Office Manager

Express Employment Professionals on Dixie Hwy is looking to add some accountants to the team.

Accountant/Office Manger

Job description:

Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage phone calls
Process Payroll
Prepare reports for CPA, end of month entries
Manage Sub contractors paperwork, like COI and general contract information
Filling paperwork
Prepare and process accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual tax payments to include year end 1099's and W-2.
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and process for payments online.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years accounting or bookkeeping experience; construction accounting experience a plus

Experience in sage 300 a plus

Attention to details

Ability to work independently and manage priorities
