Job Description Essential functions—essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job. Job duties to include but are not limited to; Responsibility for maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing assigned general ledger accounts monthly. Lead the financial reporting and accounting activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and GAAP requirements. Processing of journal entries and adjustments in relation to accounts included above, which will also require working with the Financial Services Department throughout the fiscal month. Support treasury functions including cash management, account analysis, and related reporting functions. Support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with policy and procedures Supporting internal controls framework and maintaining internal control documentation in relation to the general ledger Qualifications Education and Experience Education Requirements Required/Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Years of Experience: 3-5 years Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ERP experience, SAP Preferred Intermediate or above User of Excel and Microsoft Office programs Quickbooks Strong analytical skills, motivated, able to meet required deadlines, and detail-oriented The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Additional Information We offer… Join us and we’ll help build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for career growth across the business, both locally and globally. The total compensation for this position ranges from $62,700 - $103,510 /yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities of the applicant and the alignment with the internal team & market data).
