\n \nMinimum Requirements
\n- \n
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA \n
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment \n
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC \n
- Must have 1 year professional SNF experience \n
