Accounting Bookkeeper

$20 - $22 per hour

A local CPA firm in the Baton Rouge area is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper. Our client is looking for a candidate who is dependable and experienced in general accounting duties and tax preparation.

PayRange: $20 - $22/hr


Full-Time with extensive beneftis package

Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Reconciliation of all accounting including balance sheets and income statement accounts
  • Payroll and Benefits administration
  • Tax preparation
  • Preparing invoices and paying vendors
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE 3 years of accounting experience!!!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using QuickBooks is REQUIRED!!
  • Professional demeanor with high regard for confidential and sensitive material
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
