Project Coordinator (Audio Visual Installations)

Onsite in Fort Worth, 76134

M-F 8AM - 5PM with some OT as needed

$19-21/hr (will consider higher compensation for more experienced candidates)

POSITION OVERVIEW : The Project Support Coordinator supports Project Managers, Operations, and the Production Team by coordinating project administration, materials, logistics, documentation, and communication throughout the project life cycle. This role ensures projects are properly planned, resourced, staged, and supported in accordance with company standards, while also providing hands-on warehouse, asset, and vehicle coordination as needed. The position serves as a force multiplier for Project Managers and Operations by reducing administrative burden and improving execution efficiency.

KEY RESULTS AREAS: • Projects are properly planned, documented, and resourced. • Project materials and equipment are staged accurately and on time. • Administrative and financial documentation is accurate and timely. • Vehicles, assets, and safety programs are maintained in compliance with EA standards. • Stakeholders receive consistent, clear, and timely communication. • Project Managers and Operations are freed from excessive administrative workloads.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Associates or technical degree or 2 years A/V experience with High School or GED preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, project support, operations, warehouse admin, or a related role.
• Experience in construction, AV, or production environments.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, TeamGantt, TSheets, QuickBooks, and other project management software
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes, quality, and renewal certifications
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, evidenced by achieving project coordination/management certifications

• Aptitude to learn new technical information and willingness to attend training seminars related to job function. Continue to investigate new products and have a good working knowledge of them as required.

• Self-motivated, team player, detail oriented and conscientious, and strong organization skills

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Authorized to drive company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Safety Program.
