Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions within an orthopedic framework.
• Creating personalized treatment plans and implementing various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress, documenting treatments, outcomes, and adjusting therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to contribute to comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies to optimize recovery.
• Staying updated with the latest research in physical therapy by attending workshops and continuing education sessions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
