Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, particularly focusing on orthopedic issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at reducing pain and enhancing mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment interventions as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and techniques to be practiced in home care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide support and coordination of care, ensuring an integrated approach to patient wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various orthopedic conditions. This includes a diverse clientele ranging from children to older adults. Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical documentation software.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and scheduling.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This physical therapist position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
