Work Environment\n

Our outpatient office provides a supportive and collaborative remote work setting. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a work-life balance while delivering impactful mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, establishing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote mental wellness.

  Monitor and document client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to changes in clients' needs effectively.

  Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for each client.

  Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and therapeutic practices in mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into treatment approaches.

  Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all ethical and legal standards in client documentation and interactions.
