Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and concerns, setting the foundation for effective therapeutic intervention.

• Gather and analyze patient history to inform treatment planning, ensuring that each client’s unique circumstances are taken into account.

• Provide empathetic individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote healing and insight.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline realistic, attainable goals tailored to each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes and efficacy.

• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow team members to share insights and strategies, promoting a synergistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families seeking guidance in their relationships. You will work with clients facing a variety of issues including communication challenges, marital discord, parenting struggles, and more, all while providing psychoeducation and fostering healthy relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A valid MFT license to practice in Oregon is mandatory.
\n
• Certification or expertise in one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy is preferred.

• Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

• Bilingual communication abilities are considered a valuable asset in our diverse community.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value diverse experience, those with a proven track record in providing therapy to families and couples, as well as experts in psychoeducation, will stand out. Experience with teletherapy is a plus, reflective of the current shift in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
