Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based tools to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients, taking into consideration both historical and current factors affecting their mental health.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating specific therapeutic interventions, measurable goals, and regular progress evaluations.

• Deliver therapy sessions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation to track treatment progress and to comply with all regulatory requirements, ensuring high standards of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and obtain feedback to enhance clinical skills, participate in ongoing training programs, and remain informed about current mental health practices.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and address any complex issues that may arise during the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients facing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. Compensation and Benefits\n
