In this role, you will recommend changes to the execution of end-to-end business processes through enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Senior Asset Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Advise team on how to best support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives.Review portfolio progress and recommend changes in reporting performance to key stakeholders.Evaluate and manage risk of current assets, along with reviewing governance and controls routinely.Please note: There are two openings for this position.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experience6 years relevant experienceMultifamily real estate experience, preferably in Asset Management, Troubled Asset Workouts or UnderwritingAbility to independently and timely assess, negotiate and resolve issues on higher risk loansApproximate 20% travel is required for property inspections and customer meetingsShows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.Desired ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience with the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program is preferredRelationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, and building relationship networksInfluencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictMust be able to work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goalSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandLoan Management experience including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, and originating loansSkilled in Excel#LI - TW1 - HybridQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
