Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors’ psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social aspects.

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, aiming to achieve their desired outcomes.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, assisting seniors and their families in navigating challenging life transitions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
