Equipment Superintendent Heavy Civil Construction
Location: So Cal California | Full-Time
We are seeking a hands-on Equipment Superintendent to manage our heavy equipment fleet, California shop, and equipment supporting active heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and utilization
- Manage shop operations and mechanics
- Coordinate equipment needs, mobilization, and allocation to projects
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, operators, and vendors
- Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and production-ready
Qualifications
- Heavy civil construction equipment experience
- Equipment, Fleet, or Shop Management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Hands-on leadership and troubleshooting skills
