Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing the mental health needs of students with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that they are evidence-based and culturally relevant.

• Performing thorough assessments and screenings to identify mental health issues, risk factors, and appropriate interventions for students.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to students in emergency situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up progress for optimal care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students dealing with a range of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in providing intervention strategies that empower these young individuals to overcome barriers to academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a school or community-based setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in school mental health programs, familiarity with trauma-informed care, and knowledge of local resources for students and families will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
