Job Title Business Development Manager Location Redmond, WA Pay Range $38-$41 What's the Job? Partner with leadership to establish and maintain a strong Rhythm of the Business, ensuring operational efficiency and clear priorities. Lead end-to-end planning processes, aligning with corporate cycles and broader organizational goals. Coordinate weekly leadership meetings, including agenda development, content management, and tracking decisions and follow-up actions. Support day-to-day business operations, including planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness. Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and headcount, ensuring transparency and financial discipline. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in business planning, operations, or strategy roles. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
