Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your fundamental responsibility will be to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients of various backgrounds. Your daily tasks may include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that may involve challenging discussions around separated families, blended household dynamics, and communication barriers.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of diverse family structures, including interventions for job stress and medical issues.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic guidelines and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse client base, ranging from adults to adolescents, addressing a wide array of issues affecting families today. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
