Maintenance Technician - North Smithfield, RI

Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm

We're seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our North Smithfield property.

What You'll Do

Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

What We're Looking For

1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
Computer proficiency is a plus
HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
