Territory Manager

Heritage Landscape Supply is looking for a Territory Manager/Outside Sales expert to join our thriving Landscape/Irrigation team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self‑starter who loves building lasting business relationships and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships. Develop new business opportunities in the local landscape industry market. Collaborate with inside sales support and vendors to promote products and services. Learn and promote new products. Work with vendors on sales promotions and programs in the marketplace. Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan. Qualifications Proven track record of success selling Landscape/Irrigation products in a B2B environment. Experience managing a multi‑million‑dollar territory. Demonstrated ability to grow territory year‑over‑year. Passion for empowering customers with tools and products that boost their sales. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Self‑starter who embraces our "Make Money and Have Fun" culture. Ability to pass a criminal/driving background check and pre‑employment drug test.
