Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient conditions in the ICU, respond to changes, and escalate as needed using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Administer medications and treatments safely, document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and continuity across shifts.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting (minimum recommended; exact requirements to be verified during credentialing)
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Credentialing, orientation, and completion of facility-specific onboarding
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with appropriate bedside clinical judgment
