Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an ICU patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient condition, develop and implement care plans, monitor responses, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse effects, and maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines.
- Document care activities accurately and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (3x12) for a 36-hour workweek
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
