To support a growing team, the full-time Import Specialist with CCS Certification will coordinate release and entry processing for air and ocean shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy while working remotely in the USA. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of complex shipments and create customs entries Verify documentation for compliance and escalate issues as necessary Maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, and Customs while adhering to established policies Required Qualifications 2 years of related experience in customs brokerage or international trade High School diploma or GED equivalent Working towards or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation Familiarity with applicable Customs laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
