Account Manager (NYC)

Under the leadership of your Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for supporting the overall client satisfaction of assigned accounts, their revenue growth, profitability, and project management. You’ll use your understanding of excellence in client services and internal team collaboration to deliver disruptive creativity and be an integral team member to execute tactical growth plans to grow the business. Role Specifics As an Account Manager, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day relationship, success and growth of our clients. Internally, you’ll contribute to our cross‑functional team to deliver innovative work, juggle competing priorities from budgets to resourcing, and contribute to assuring agency revenue and profitability. Externally, you’ll manage our clients’ needs to the success they dreamed of. Responsibilities Responsible for managing and delivering joy to assigned accounts with minimum accountability for revenue of $1M-3M per year Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives; support and grow projects and processes from beginning to end Work closely with all client team members; participate in defining account plans, needs, KPI’s and translate these requests with clear briefs/direction to the internal teams Support intake and new business growth as needed Build and refine client presentations, strategies and concepts Ensure project alignment with internal key team members to kick off projects Oversee client paperwork (service agreements, SOWs, invoices, etc.) Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients/accounts. Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly revenue forecasts; track and maintain growth and status Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative agency and possibly brand marketing experience at large consumer brands. Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid); experience managing social‑first brand marketing campaigns is a plus Experience working with national and/or global client teams and partner agency teams Entrepreneurial spirit. Thrive in uncertainty and ambiguously‑defined roles. Passion for trying new things jumping off the deep end. Proven experience nurturing client relationships and account growth within existing accounts Strong writing and communication skills Self‑motivated, eager to learn, a drive to succeed Excellent communicator, skilled writer, extremely organized, professional demeanor Ability to contribute in both a strategic and tactical capacity Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and team members Builds respect by personal example; is respected by and works effectively with all members of the organization and external contacts Intense desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment Ability to work with top‑level executives Demonstrate initiative; is proactive Base Salary Range Our estimated range for this role is $75,000‑85,000* *Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range. #J-18808-Ljbffr
