LendKoi is on a mission to make credit fair and accessible for immigrants, expats, and those with little or no U.S. credit history. We’re looking for a rising star to own our social media presence and share our mission. This is an incredible opportunity to take ownership at an early-stage startup and work alongside an amazing team of talented leaders.
This role is responsible for building LendKoi’s community across IG, TikTok, X, FB, LinkedIn. You will be LendKoi’s online brand voice, developing plans and content to engage with our audience, mentoring an intern, and tracking weekly performance. You will be supported by senior, trusted leaders in marketing, PR & communications. You will have access to a creative design team to help bring visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage LendKoi’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Be LendKoi’s online brand voice; develop plans and content to engage with the audience.
- Mentor an intern and coordinate with a cross-functional team including marketing, PR & communications, and design.
- Track weekly performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
- Strong sense of storytelling, tone, and consistency across content.
- Ability to write well and pair content with visuals.
- Familiarity with short-form video (shooting/editing or working with creators).
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, early-stage environment.
- A natural mentor who can manage and motivate an intern.
- Availability 3–4 days a week (remote).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
